1. Please keep all the valuable items like documents, cash, jewelry, daily medicine, key-lock, ac remote etc. under your custody lock before the shifting process starts.
2. The following goods are not acceptable for movement - Jewelry, Arms & Ammunitions, and Hazardous materials like Crackers, Explosives, Chemicals, Battery Acids, and Inflammable Oils; such as Diesel, Petrol, Kerosene, Gasoline, and Narcotics & Illegal Items.
3. Pradhan doesn't cover for any internal damages. Damages for any goods not packed by Pradhan's crew are not covered by Pradhan.
4. No Insurance No Clam/Loss or Damage.
5. Hazard Or any natural claim. So to avoid loss or damage we advise you to insure your consignment covering all risk Please be noted while carrier Risk. On individual policy/receipt, from the insurance Company will be given.
6. 20% as advance on total amount along with your purchase order and the balance amount, on Completion of you're at loading point. The insurance premium will be paid in loading point only, before departure of your household consignment
7. Payments to be made through either NEFT/RTGS/DD/Cash in the favor of Pradhan Packers And Movers Pvt. Ltd.
8. Interest will be charged @24% Per Annam if the payment is not made within 15 days.
9. Extra payment will be charged for Wooden Packing on Moving Date.
10. Car should have at least 10 Litters of Petrol.
11. We would be thankful, if you could give us prior intimation of 4-5 days in advance to start the packing of your valued articles
12. If required we also provide storage facility at very nominal charge.
13. We or our agent shall be exempted from any kind of loss or damage done due to accident, pilferage, fire, rain collision or any other road/rive
14. Please highlight the timings during which external vehicles are allowed inside the premises. Some societies have shifting restrictions in Morning/Evening/Sundays, so please check with the society before the shifting date. Permissions, if any, should be taken by you in advance.
15. The above rates quoted by keeping in view of our basis standard packing materials used in packing of your valued house hold articles.
